Under the auspices of the President of the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, the Women Empowerment Unit, in cooperation with the College of Education for Pure Sciences, held a symposium entitled "Critical Thinking in Confronting Misleading Information in the Media", on Sunday morning, 4/12/2022, at Al-Sumoud Hall.
The symposium aims at strengthening students' critical thinking skills and enabling them to participate critically with a variety of media content, as well as disconnecting the relationship between misinformation, intolerance among extremist groups, and the use of media for the public benefit
