<p> My Master’s Project: I have finished my project which is titled “Isolation and Purification of</p> <div>the Z-disc from Vertebrate Myofibrils” with Prof. John Trinick and Dr. Charlotte Scarff. I got distinction in this project.</div> <div>The project contains very good results using the electron microscopes, therefore, there is a paper will be published soon in a valuable journal.</div> <div>? I did a research called "Modification of the green fluorescent protein properties using the site direct mutagenesis effects by replacing Y66W" this research was performed in the University of Leeds, in protein engineering laboratory. Where, some techniques such as, site direct mutagenesis, western blotting, electrophoresis, fluorimetry and spectrometry were used.</div> <div>? I did a project named "Studying of Serum Total Protein in Bakers of Ramadi city" in the Fourth year of Bachelor degree under supervision of Dr. Mohammed Qais and I got a very good score from my Department as a result of this research.</div>
